七彩繽紛的水果、有益又有營養的蔬菜、各式各樣的魚和肉、以及提供每天所需能量的米飯等等,都是我們每天進食的食物。讓我們透過探索和體驗,初步認識不同種類食物,學習養成均衡飲食的習慣,建立不偏食、不浪費,學會珍惜及與別人分享食物的態度吧!
為了慶祝熱鬧歡樂的農曆新年,我們舉辦了「中國文化週」,透過豐富的線上遊戲活動,幼兒能體驗以及初步認識中國傳統新年習俗,例如吃年夜飯、大掃除、逛年宵、買年花、放鞭炮等等,希望幼兒能加深對中華文化的認識,一起享受節日的歡樂。

Colourful fruit, nutritious vegetables, rice, and all kinds of fish and meat are daily food we eat for energy. Let’s explore and experience different food to gain a basic understanding of food. We can learn to foster a balanced diet, good eating habits, and share food with others.
To celebrate the Chinese Lunar New Year, the children had a "Chinese Culture Week". Through a variety of online activities, the children experienced and gained a basic understanding of traditional Chinese New Year customs such as New Year's Eve dinner, cleaning, New Year's Eve Market, buying Chinese New Year flowers, setting off firecrackers, etc. We hope the children enjoyed the activities and can appreciate the festival together.
